KotOR 2

It's been documented in various KotOR 2 preview articles that the game will use an NPC to ask your character how s/he remembers the plot of KotOR 1. So, you can tell the game whether or not you had a light side or dark side ending. That's a nifty solution to the problem of multiple endings.

Now what will be interesting is if KotOR 2 also asks you about whether certain NPCs are alive or dead,
because if you go dark side on the Unknown World, you can end up killing off a lot of your party. Plus you could've killed Juhani when you met her on Dantooine.

One thing that's kind of a bummer about KotOR 1 is that by the time you get some of the really awesome equipment
such as the Baragwin items from Yavin Station
, you are so powerful that it doesn't make any difference. It would be nice to see the kewl lootz at earlier levels in KotOR 2.

I just wish that that option was available on the Xbox without having to have Xbox Live...its built into the PC version.

Now although tyhey included ancient mandalorean armour that looked a lot helmet wise like the Sun Guards/Imperial Guards.. if Kotor includes a set of Boba/Jango Fett'esque body armour AND helm ill be happy :)

Be nice if you could do more with the ship too, bit more interactivity.

Yeah, well, XBox got the version of Halo that doesn't suck. So quit yer whinin'.

Back on topic, as KotOR 2 is being developed for XBox and PC simultaneously, it should avoid that sort of problem.

Well, for KotOR the question of which version of the game to get was academic; my old PC would have limped through KotOR at best; a P3-800 and a Ti4200 really isn't sufficient for the PC version. By the time KotOR 2 is out, though, I'll have dropped one of this fall's $150-$175 video cards into my new PC, so KotOR 2/PC will be an option.
