[Round X+1]
Razin catches up to one of the skeletons as it starts to move in the opposite direction. Another big hit reduces a skeleton to splinters in the moon light.
Garrit charges forward as the skeletons only started running last round he manages to catch up with the slowest one, with a huge hit with his mace, the paladin of Hyrag returns one to dust.
Ximix follows at a slower pace.[sblock=Ximix]Knowledge (religion) check allows you to know that skeletons are mindless undead. They cannot make decisions on their own and must either be directed to follow a particular course of action by someone with power over undead (evil clerics) or by standing orders from such a person. He knows that by channeling the power of his god, the skeletons will flee directly away from him at their fastest unless cornered. They will not fight back unless he approaches too close to them breaking the power of the divine.
ooc: hope that is what you wanted Ximix to remember, if you wanted anything else let me know[/sblock]
The
three one skeletons now moving away from the party continue to run. They are still in the open field and probably will be for another 30 seconds or so.
Manon's crossbow shot hits but is not enough to wound a skeleton as it ricochets off one's shoulder.
Garrit will no longer be able to keep up with the remaining two skeletons (since I looked up his speed = 20' oops).
ooc: I screwed up Razin's move last round. This round fixes it
[sblock=Jallembo]Jallembo watches as the cat moves swiftly and silently out of the barn. It heads towards Richard Tay's barn. Looking back towards where Garrit took off to, Jallembo can't seem him any more. The cat walks across the small road that sits between the farms and heads towards the barn on the far side that Jallembo has been watching.[/sblock]
