. I go to My Account ->Settings & Options ->Edit Options, and... nothin'.

Apparently, the email option has been removed. Member messaging and private messaging are the only options now. I'd make sure PMs are turned on (they are by default) so DMs/Judges can contact folks in private. In fact, that's what I've just written up for LEB.
