Question: Can a dying beast companion spend a second wind if its druid spends a second wind? Martial Power 42 doesn't cover this.

Similarly, does a heal skill check DC 10 allow a dying character or beast companion to spend a second wind.

My first inclination is to say no in both cases.

Character yes, beast companion no (it specifically says "character"). But you can definitely use this on a dying character, as long as they have Second Wind available. If they don't, your only option is the DC 15 "stabilize" option.

What about the ability on Martial Power Page 42. The text is not specific as to the need to use an action, so is that also no?

It's just the rules for Beast Companions and Healing under Rnager powers (sorry. It's ranger, not a druid).

Here's another question for the (other) judges. I submitted Mikara Li Mesadh for Level 3, but for some reason the submission is not showing up in the forwarding messages to the judges. Did I do something wrong here? I'm seeing other submissions, just not mine. In any case, here's the link, and consider this the official submission until I can figure out what I did wrong:

Its likely google trying to be "smart" and not forwarding mail that came from self.
