L4W Discussion Thread V

I know I certainly don't have the ability to run another adventure as life has ramped up to crazy lately. If there's someone who wants to run it, I'd be glad to share notes.

I propose giving renau1g and mal and addition +1 enhancement to everyone of their character's weapons. My god, if they left enworld, where would we be...

<dimsdale shutters at the thought>

mal is currnetly running two adventures with 1000 characters in both of them. How the hell does he do it?

wow

Iron Sky's got as many games goign in L4W as I do (2). I'm thankful we have a bunch of people willing to take the time to run a game.

Branches splinter and leaves crumple as a hulking figure bulls its way through the trees. From the deepest depths of the Feywild it comes, pushing itself ever farther from the mystic heart of the forest and closer to the world of Men. As it passes, the vibrant life around it pulses more slowly and the riotous colours fade to mere mortal levels. At last the surrounding trees are merely trees, and the surrounding air is merely air, and the creature is in another world. It does not pause until it emerges from the woods to stand, swaying uncertainly, on a rutted dirt track. A piece of the primeval forest has broken free and stands uncertainly in the morning air. Its skin is wrinkled bark, blackened and pitted by fire on one side. Its hair is a riot of twigs and leaves, shrivelled where the fire passed. Its eyes are burning coals, blazing in time with the glowing runes on the iron bar wedged in the wood of its chest. From one limb dangles a massive poleaxe. As it stumbles into motion again, the creature lets the axehead fall to the earth and dragging behind, its wicked blade gouging a deep furrow in the road with every lurching step that brings it closer to Daunton.

IRONHEART RETURNS TO L4W!

...except that I seem to have lost his character sheet. While I was gone, enworld moved wikis, and both 7 Rabbit and Ironheart's page are now blank.

I don't suppose anyone saved copies of these two pages from the old wiki?

If not, I guess my best approach is to recreate the characters at the levels listed in the "Official Approved Characters" thread and make a proposal for them.

Have there been any major rule changes since February I should know about?

Welcome back Joe. Just a quick thanks again for running the adventures you did before. The Menace of teh Icy Spire was my first completed PbP adventure and I still remember our struggles with our cold-heavy group against the cold resistant enemies...

Yeah Morrus got rid of the Enworld a few months back and we had to migrate over to Wikia. I grabbed all the setting info, but to migrate all the PC's pages would've been far beyond my ability.

Glad to see you're back. Only thing major I can think of is Expertise. We changed from the flat +1 bonus at level 5 to a free expertise feat at 5th.
