Lamest character deaths ever!

My mage whipped a cursed dagger at an orc. It whipped around, hitting me in the back, and killing me instantly.

About as bad as my 1st Magicuser (AD&D) fumbling and falling on his dagger. <Ouch>

 

[Silver Moon]

Lone 5th level elf ranger decides to surrender to a party of orcs. He then stood by and allowed the orcs to tie and gag him. The player then got mad at the DM when the orcs executed the character. What did he expect? (I thankfully wasn't the DM for that one, just another player who could not believe what I was seeing).
