Does anyone know of a website which has the Elven, Dwarven or Draconic languages?

If you want to base them off of Tolkien, do a Google search on the following:

Sindarin - Grey Elf
Quenya - High Elf
Khuzdul - Dwarvish

Khuzdul is rather sparse, having only about 30 words formulated. Quenya is probably the strongest with courses available (no joke).
