Large and in Charge Question

Does this feat (from Sword and Fist) stop the giants (or whatever) opponent from moving or does it simply push them back 5 feet, possibly allowing them to to still move to attack the creature?

If it is the latter case then there might be call for a "smackdown" feat that smashes opponents off their feet...

It prevents the creature from moving.

As for your "Smackdown" feat, there is one: "Knockdown" from Sword and Fist. Find a giant who's smart enough to take it and PCs will end up on the ground for attempting to move past him.

Smackdown

Actually, you don't even need to use the "Knockdown" feat. Any Monster can try to trip an opponent to knock the opponent off their feet.

The advantage of "Knock-down" is that it is a two-for-one deal, you do damage and you knock the opponent down.

However, you could do a normal trip. Or just get the Improved Trip feat.

Improved Trip itself is a two for one deal, knock someone down and you get to follow up with a free attack.

What is the large and in charge feat????

Here's a snip...

When you make a successful attack of opportunity against an opponent who is moving inside your threatened area, you can force the opponent back to the square he was in before he provoked the attack.

You can find more info in S&F.
