Large vs small bull rush

If a large attacker bull rushed a small defender successfully, would the 25% chance of striking the wrong target during an opportunty attack by a threatening melee attacker be modified?

By the rules it's a flat 25%. I'd agree that as a House rule you might modify that up or down - maybe 10% per size category difference?
