But that doesn't affect any of the abilities of a lasher. A whip still can't be used to make attacks of opportunities, and still provokes an attack of opportunity. All that's changed is you can apply your strength modifier to damage, and need weapons finesse to apply your dex modifier to hit.

Y'know, despite the number of posts whinging about how there are a million PrC's out there, the simple truth of it is, there aren't that many sources to consult for 3.0 updates. There's the complete series, and Libris Morthis fo r the necromantic ones. Everything else is new, and in most cases setting-specific.
