D&D 3E/3.5 Lasher 3.5?

Is there a 3.5 version of the Lasher out there anywhere? The game im playing in right now is a bit...deadly. My warlock seems to be almost dying too easily....so im creating a backup....a dual-whip fighter. (Oversized 2 weapon fighting, etc). But Lasher is a 3E PrC, not 3.5...is there a conversion anywhere?

There is no 3.5 version that I am aware of but, as far as I can see, that is cause their is no need. The 3.0 version should work just fine, nothing really needs to be changed. (I created a dual-whip wielding villain once and used the PrC as written).

My group has just had its first 'proper' 3.5 game, including converting the Lasher (one character has all 10 levels). It takes about 10 seconds : the 3.0 lasher gets a class abilities that function to equalise the 3.5 whip as well as the 3.0 whip - you could even skip converting at all - it is so close you could just say "it's the same effect" and go from there.

Well, I'd definitely change the 10th level ability--the DC goes up too high and probably shouldn't be variable.

Closest thing is the Exotic Weapon Master prestige class from Complete Warrior. I think the intent of the class was to lump all the "weapon specialist" prestiges classes from 3.0 into the one class with various options to choose from.

In the list of Updated PrCs WotC came out with before, I think the Lasher was considered not yet updated. Whereas the Master of Chains was.

Meaning? There's still hope for a 3.5 Lasher.

Eh? I've never seen an update for the Master of Chains. Where's it from? Besides, the 3e Master of Chains was terrible. Like, seriously, terrible. I was playing a Spiked Chain-fighter in a recent campaign, and (with the DMs permission) I had to re-write the class in order to make it somewhat usable at the later levels.

There isn't a Master of Chains update, really. It's listed as updated, though, probably because they threw it in with the Exotic Weapon Master (or claimed to do such since the 3.0 PrC was pretty bad).
