Latest Survivor 12/4 (SPOILERS)

That's true. With the exception of Survivor 2, I never did like the winners. But I still watch it, as I would watch professional wrestling where the heel ("villains") perform in the ring and then taunt the babyface ("heroes", and I say that loosely) until the ultimate rival match is made.

As for Johnny "Fairplay," I cannot help but think horrible thoughts and curses that should cross his path after the game. But then this is the only way to play in this game.

next off will be either Sandra or Burton. As for the winner...I'm thinking either Darrah or Jon...
Have to agree with you on this one. Sandra is too much of a scrapper to not try to get Darrah and Lil on her side of this vote, but I don't see Darrah caving. Although Burton was insanely stupid to have had that conversation with Lil creating doubts in her mind as to their alliance. Without that discussion he would have had nothing to worry about.

Jon is clever like a fox and has long ago realized that his only chance for $ 1M with this group is to opposite Burton. Sandra and Darrah both have several solid jury supporters and Lil is way too nice, but with Burton all he has to do is play the "I didn't get a second chance" card.

What on earth? When are the women going to realize they need to get rid of Burton or Jon!!!!

Up until now, there hasn't been a pressing need - the numbers were always present to dump one of them at need, Jon is never a threat to win immunity, Burton's the best fisher since Rupert got bounced, and neither guy is likely to be particularly strong with the jury. But I think they're close enough to the end that they'll feel comfortable cutting Burton loose if he doesn't win immunity next week, just to avoid the prospect of him running the immunity challenges to the end. If he does win immunity, it'll get more interesting - the logical move would be to dump Jon so at least one of the ladies is guaranteed to get to the end (either Darrah or Sandra would probably crush Burton due to the outcast factor, and Lil is probably the more popular of the two outcasts). OTOH, Darrah is the only other person likely to make an immunity run so they might boot her.

On the jury so far, I expect Ryno and Tijuana are rooting for Darrah at this point, while Rupert and Christa want Sandra to win. Rupert and Christa really dislike Burton, Lil, and Jon (who allied to nuke Rupert's alliance), so Darrah would be an acceptable second choice. Ryno and Tijuana both seemed to buy into Savage's philosophy of "no outcast wins", beyond that it's hard to say whether each would dislike Sandra or Jon the least.
