Science ( to research new technologies )
Money ( to build available technologies, you can pay more to reduce time required for the build )
Faith ( " in the hope that one appears " i.e. acquiring famous citizens... )

Dangerousness + Speed ===> Sneakiness ( like in a Rogue, using your Speed in a dangerous way )

...
(D) + (P)erception ===> Cthulhu addiction / Dark Secrets ===> Arcana Lore
(D) + (E) ===> Dragon Ball ( lol )
