so, perhaps I should have done 10 stats x 3 skills , as to compete with the 15 x 2 system in thread #81 ;
( the core concept behind //r ( parallel rules ) would be a bunch of 30 skills )
( correction : everyone uses the BASE 10 , so as to produce 15 x ( 10x10 = 42 under BASE 10 x 2 stats ) and 10 x ( 10x10x10 = 120 under BASE 10 x 3 stats )

( and of course it needs cleanup :) )
