Truly dressed to kill, Vera Fang enters the arena wearing a saucy silk number, a lovely elf-tooth necklace, and a toothy grin. She runs to 60n 100e.

Round 456:

The images blast Vera for 16-5 = 11 points of damage! She has 18 hp left.

Vera begins to try work on the images, swinging wildly.

Vera misses all the images! (Rolled 8) The crowd mistakes Vera for a wight and starts to boo.
Vera heals and has 20 hp left.

Round 457: The images hack at Vera. She is hit, but immediately heals the damage. Strangely, one of the images seems to swinging out of sync with the others, and Vera was hit from a direction southeast of any of the images.

Vera will give that particular image a good staring at (dominate) and take a 5' step to the south.

The image seems to be immune to the stare. Vera heals to 22 hp.

Round 458: All the images 5 foot step to the south, 55N105E.

Then the exact same thing happens as the last round - one image out of sync, hit from the southeast which immediately heals.

Vera will just start swinging away, trying for the out-of-sync image, but that's not a big deal. Eventually one of these things should be edible.

Vera misses and heals to 24 hp.

Round 459: Same situation as before. Vera is hit for 0. Vera misses and heals to 26 hp.

Round 460: Vera is hit for 11-5=6. Vera slams the out of sync image for no damage, and it doesn't disappear. Vera has 22 hp left.

Round 461: Vera is hit for 6-5=1. Vera misses and has 23 hp left.

Round 462: Vera is hit for 9-5=4. Vera misses and has 21 hp left.

Round 463: Vera is not hit. She misses and has 23 hp left.

Round 464: Vera is hit for 8-5=3. She misses and has 22 hp left.

Round 465: Vera is hit for 6-5=1. She misses and has 23 hp left.

Round 466: Vera is hit for 11-5=6. She misses and has 19 hp left.

Round 467: Vera is hit for 9-5=4. She misses and has 17 hp left.

Round 468: Vera is hit for 6-5=1. She slams the out of sync image for no damage and finally realizes it is an illusion. (Rolled 21 Will disbelief) She has 18 hp left.

Round 469: Vera is not hit. The translucent illusion disappears, and another solid synchronous image is added for a total of 7 images.
