LE vs. N: Lawful Evil Victorious!

Round 569: A dragonne made out of Jello comes flying into the arena. It flies up to Bow and is right next to him. We should probably decide where exactly Bow is, but J-Lahr should be able to be next to him in any event. Bow could not have been much higher than 40Z to make sure it could breathe at Brasso.

OOC: 40Z? If Bow could run circles around Brasso, why couldn't he stay about 60ft away to breathe a line of acid? Which, of course, is further than Brasso could use his secondary sound ability (30ft range). But, assuming it worked out in the dragonne's favor:

In any case, if Bow does not need to turn, then he will bite the creature and fly downwards at an angle, preparing to land soon, moving at half-speed. He will of course provoke an AoO. If he must turn, then he cannot afford to do anything else and will merely take a full round to move one speed increment and land at say 20N20E. Note that if Bow spends even 1ft to turn, then he will not have maintained his minimum forward speed (as a single move action) and will fall.

OOC: You are right about the 60', although Brasso did not have to be within 30', because if one is fatigued and does something that would make one fatigued, then one becomes exhausted. Brasso's ability does not say that multiple roars do not affect those already affected. Bow does not need to turn, although Bow was closer to the Neutral side because Brasso tried to stay near that side for purposes of running away.

Round 569: Bow's bite does not penetrate J-Lahr's skin (rolled 11), but J-Lahr's head butt does penetrate (rolled 21), inflicting 12 points of damage. Bow has 64 HP.

Round 570: J-Lahr flies over and head-butts Bow (rolled 20) for 15 points of damage. Bow has 49 HP remaining.

OOC: Oh, so two consecutive saves...I buy that.

Bow will attempt to withdraw, do a wingover (staying out of reach if possible) and land near the western side of the arena at 20N15E.

"Yum."

J-Lahr dodges acid (rolled 20 Ref save), taking 6 points. J-Lahr has 79 HP remaining.
Bow can breathe round 573.

Round 572: J-Lahr slams Bow once (rolled 28 and natural 1) for 13. Bow has 36 HP.

Bow sighs and uninterestingly takes a full attack on the gelatinous dragonne.

"I'm tired. Can we just hold off on this fight for 8 hours or so?"

Somewhere, in the alley behind the Hellish arena, one of the schedulers who booked another Astral Construct is being horribly, horribly, tortured.

No problem. I took about 40 hours off.

Bow misses with all five attacks (best roll 20).

Round 573: J-Lahr slams twice with its head for 33. Bow has 3 HP remaining.
