I am not sure how the Void works, but I was wondering if the lizard might bump into Boyd. They are sharing the same space.

If the lizard can share the same space as Boyd, Boyd stays ready with his pain touch in case the lizard somehow percieves him.

Yeah, I'm a little confused, too. It doesn't seem to be incorporeal, so the hydra has basically entered an invalid space. Doesn't Boyd get an AoO? I think he'd take it given that he prepared the pain touch.

Round 658

Boyd touches the hydra and appears, and the hydra could care less. (Rolled 25 Fort save)

The hydra breathes on Boyd. Boyd dodges 6 of the heads and takes 63 points of damage. Boyd is sent back to the void as a popsicle.

Next up for LE in round 658: a manticore. (MM)

OOC: Aargh! In the text of the void walker, it says that void hounds have evasion. I did not notice that it was referring to void hounds instead of void walkers. Why would it mention the void hound's special quality in the text for the void walker?

Javeleo flies into the arena with all the grace of a slug, although Javeleo does not resemble a slug in the slightest. He has a leonine body, dragon wings, and a spiked tail, and he is completely evil, killing farmers and halfling conjurers withouth thinking twice about it. :(

Javeleo flies to 20N15E15Z and lets loose six spikes.

OOC: WotC doesn't hire proofreaders.

Only half the spikes hit, but two of them penetrate deep into the hydra's body. (Two crits, highest missing roll 18) The hydra takes 20 points of damage and has 77 hp left.

Round 659: The hydra heals to 96 hp and moves to 25N60E.
