One thing I noticed is the level bonus in the Attributes section isn't calculating properly (or I f'd something up)
Well:
* You wrote done a Str of 10 though you spent it up to 11
* Additions to level are based on DexLevel or ChaLevel, not LevelBonus. This was wrong on the Sample, so I fixed it.
* You also list your Cha in the Statblock as 18 instead of 19.

Thanks!

I'd added some stuff about magic items choices in the character creation guide. Edit as needed, I won't have time later to fine tune it.

Great! I made some modifications to make it clearer using what you had as a framework. For example, I made explicit that 1st level characters still start w/ 100gp and that you have to buy mundane items regardless of your starting level (no freebees).

I think we need to add something to the character creation guide about character overhauls or retraining for new material.

Edit: I see it's in the player's guide, but I'd like it be to be in the ccg to for clarity. I'd do it myself, but I'm a little busy. If I have time later I'll do it if it's not done yet.
Took r1's edit and cleaned it up and removed the same section from the Player's Guide (pointing now to the same place). Redundant redundancy is bad. :)
Oh, I would also like to add Open Grave to the approved sources, since it's also a hardcover official WotC book. Also, it's been out for longer than AP and MM2, and both of those got in.
My bad: It should have been on there. It will be in a few minutes.

Kalashtar and Open Grave now on the Wiki.

Oh, one another announcement: Atanatotatos and renau1g have also agreed to be judges! Welcome to them both!

The easiest parcel groups are items from lvls 7/5/3, or 6/6/3, or 5/5/5 and 412g of which you can spend 320g on a lvl 1 item too.

The way it makes the most sense is that you are raising your character from lvl 1 instead just making it at lvl 4. when it goes from 1 to 2 you get a lvl 1 parcel etc. as you move up the lvls to 4. you don't get a lvl 4 parcel since you are only at the begining of it. Using the treasure system that is proposed, every 5 lvls you get to choose from the list of N+1, N+2, N+3, N+4 and nMoney 1 time each. So if for the lvl 1 parcel you choose the N+4 or a lvl5 item, its gone from the list until everything has been taken. N = your current lvl at the time you get the parcel. For the lvl 2 & 3 parcels you can choose from the rest of the items on the list. So for 3 parcels the 3 options at the top are easy ones.

Yes it is. you get 100g as a starting character then n1/5g parcels at each lvls up along with an item or full money parcel. in my 1st post I broke it down and comes to 312g for 412g and 3 items.
