On avengers, WotC might have heard the low damage pleas, see the current Dragon. Paragon feat that lets you do your Wis mod in damage to your oath target 1/rd is pretty nice. Too bad it's paragon.

Me, I'm digging the Distant Vengeance feat. Lets you trigger your oath off of ranged basic attacks.

Also the Avenging Resolution feat is kind of like the poor mans brutal. It too should give tham a small bump in damage over the long run. Works really well with a 2d6 damage weapon.

Well, I picked the Avenger for flavor rather than mechanics...

Actually for the very first time in 4e, I actually thought up a character and then searched for mechanics to match it....

Vel: LOL, I don't think that there will be much of an option in that department. Lan is weak physically, so he's not getting out of that grab too easily I think. Even though River healed him, I think that those hitpoints are going to get blown through pretty quickly. I get the feeling that I'm going to be in a world of hurt as soon as that things turn comes up again. I want to help the group out, so I'll stick out this fight, but after the fight, I'm going to take my XP and retire LAN while submitting his replacement.

Actually, he has been approved by THB and now needs a second approval. Hint Hint

The players of Stormcrow Tor will much likely all level (they need to spend some RP to do so, but the adventure gave them enough), so there might be coming a few more adventurer at the Tavern.

So they'll be back + possibly their 2nd characters. Pretty soon it'll be packed in the Shard.
