Not really aimed at you since I have the book too, but:

Has anyone been able to find where the actual stats are for the new starship weapons introduced in the legacy book? I'm interested in the:

Interceptor Missile
Proton Torpedo Salvo
Disruptor Torpedos
Marker Missiles

I'm also interested in the rules that allow for Colossal Space Transports to carry 3 Gargantuan Star Fighters in exchange for 170 tons of Cargo Space.

What's in it? This is the first of the books that I'm not hellbent on getting my hands on, so sell me on it please?

The races? Does it have new ones and if so, what?

How much new talents and feats are there?

Is it any use for games set in the other eras or is almost everything heavily tied to the Legacy Era?

NPC's. Is there decent amount of new statblocks? Are they well thought out?

Chagrins (Mas Amedda), Chiss, Klatoonians, Nagai, Yuuzhan Vong, Weequay, and Zeltrons in the front of the book. Sakiyans, Devaronians (same as the web enhancement), and Advosec (or however you spell it) buried in the NPC sections.

Quite a few. I don't have my book handy to list them all out, but there's new talents for every class, as well as some interesting feats (such as Attack Combo, which lets you score extra damage the following round if you smack them with multiple attacks this round). Gunslingers get a talent tree that makes the prestige class a good choice for rifle-toting PCs, as well as some good Jedi-hunter options for Bounty Hunters.

There's plenty of stuff that could be used for either eras. The two new prestige classes (Imperial Knight and Vong Shaper) are pretty heavily tied to the setting, but a lot of the other equipment is generic enough that it could be dropped into other settings without much difficulty. The vehicles and NPCs are pretty setting-specific, but that's true of all the campaign guides.

As for the statblocks, there's quite a few, but it would be easy enough to generalize most of them and use them under a different name/guise for your games.

Cool. Thanks Donovan. Maybe I'll check it out. The races don't really shake me, but at least those jedi-hunter and gunslinger bits sound interesting. And I am interested to see what they did with Imperial Knights. It could be usefull in my alt timeline setting.

I can describe some of the individual talents in more detail for those who are interested, though it's a lot to do the whole bunch of them right now. I'll try to list force powers later.

Maybe I missed it, but I don't see where they included the race that look like red Twi'leks that has an assassin that works with Darth Krayyt.

Yeah I found her after I looked a little harder. Darth Talon was her name. I really thought she was a separate race than Twi'leks.
