Whoa! I never thought of Roan Fel as being a match for Yoda or the Emperor!

You're not the only one. Personally I would have pegged him at 18th level tops, with Draco being 14th. I know there was quite a bit of disbelief when the first LECG preview came out and revealed just how high level Roan was, but that quickly got lost in the poo-storm over the IK's Armor Mastery talent being 'broketastic' and Marasiah's Charisma being a meager 14 when her picture in the book is prime pin-up material.

I haven't read the comics, but it's probably worth noting that as a Jedi 3/noble 6/Imperial Knight 5/officer 6, he's not really capable of going toe-to-toe with Krayt, Yoda, or Vader, and a force wizard type like Sidious is going to give him trouble.

I suppose you're right about that. His noble and officer levels really dillute his badassness, but leave him strong enough to take care of someone like Darth Kruhl.

I'm looking for a feat I think I read in Legacy. It lets pcs perform the regenerate shields or reroute power actions in two swift actions rather than three. I think the word "systems" as in "systems operator" appears in the title. If any of you are still monitoring this thread and can help, I'd appreciate it.

I think it's called Vehicle Systems Expertise. AFB, so I can't check, but that sounds about right.
