Legendary Trait feat (some thing im working on for my game)

Personally, I think this might be good if rather than just picking a pair of skills, the player can opt to pick a situation it applies to in place of one of those skills. And in that situation, the bonus then stacks.

Imagine a martial artist with a Legendary Trait feat that applies to his Drunken Boxing skill, but rather than pick a second skill, he decides he wants to apply it when he's drunk. Now, not only is he a superior martial artist when he's sober, but when he's drunk, stack the bonus and he's now truly on the road to writing his own "Legend of the Drunken Master".

I can see it, but I'd make it a feat that uses legendary as a prerequisite, for a couple of reasons. One, by letting a person "double up" on one skill, it means the feat is getting up into the realm of +6 under certain conditions - that's pretty high already (+8 after dropping one point into Legend). Second, by allowing them to focus everyting on a single aspect, you invite some pretty rude min/maxing. Third, the feat would need a pretty long list of sugested "trigger conditions", and that would make the intial feat really long and read poorly ("Is this a feat, or a whole rules sub-set? I ain't allowing anything that drastic into my game"...), whereas covering it as a second feat kinda breaks it up into easier to swallow pieces :).
