Leshay Savage Species Progression Question

A while ago someone posted savage species progressions for powerful creatures, planetars, solars, black slaads and leshay. I'm hoping to play a leshay in an upcoming game, and the defensive insight ability says "A leshay gains an inherent insight bonus to AC equal to his CR minus 8 (maximum of +20 at 19th level)". What I'm wondering is wether they mean CR + 1 for the ac bonus or they meant a +11 at 19th level. I don't have the ELH so I'm not sure what they have for an inherent AC bonus. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I've attached the pdf. Thanks much.

See the column between skill points and feats? Take that number, subtract 8; that's your inherent insight bonus to AC.

The real leshay gets a +20 bonus; I assume the bit of text is left over from an earlier incarnation, and it should read "to a maximum of +20 at 32nd level."

You don't think the 32 level progression is a bit too fast? I'd be inclined to go the route of 38 levels, myself:
