With less than 24 hours left on the Tome of Beasts 5e Kickstarter, we've surpassed 2,000 backers and $160,000! Backers who pledge any amount count towards our backer goals so please share this with your friends and encourage them to pledge $1 and maybe, just maybe, we can reach 2,500 backers needed to add the Eldritch and Demonic Lairs!

Who doesn't need more monsters for their D&D game? Check out this great compilation image that shows many of the monsters included in the Tome of Beasts. Lots of new peeks here!

Er, you mean NOT expensive, right? :D

With the $12 pledge, you get 24 high-res battle maps, a 24-page adventure, a 20-page player options book, and a chance to have your monster published in the main book.

The $50 and $90 pledges are loaded up with.... Well, let's see, at $90 you get:

• Tome of Beasts Hardcover and PDF with 400 monsters
• Book of Lairs Softcover and PDF with 23 lairs (and counting)
• 300 Printed Pawns
• 24 High-Resolution Lair Maps
• 400 Digital Tokens
• Southlands Heroes PDF player options
• Midgard Heroes PDF player options
• The Raven’s Call PDF adventure
• Cat & Mouse PDF adventure
• 12 monster audio tracks from Battlebards
• Playtest access to a set of monsters
• Submit a monster for possible publication

Retail somewhere around $180, and that's not counting the last two items for any dollar value. It's turned into an amazing deal, but it disappears in about 10 hours.

You could just do the Tome of Monsters for $39 and that equals out to basically 10 cents a monster. They did a great job with all the stretch goals and other stuff, though, so the Book of Lairs looks like a great deal too and the next thing you know, you're in at $90 or $150.
