I actually meant it more as a joke really. I don't think many people would get it if they read it on a T-shirt.

I was thinkin', what if we wanted to customize the shirts a little, say by, putting our Screen names on the back. I don't know exactly how much it would be or anything like that. Just so everyone knows, I won't really be contributing to this discussion much, i'll just be throwing a few ideas here and there.

It'll be a little more expensive then, probably $2-3 more for everyone if we decide to do that. It'd be really cool, though; personally, I'd be willing to pay the extra.

It's just a question of placement. I'd say on the back, under the printed text would be best.

I was going to suggest we list all screen names, but realized that it would quickly be obsolete if we did that.

BTW, who makes the final decision on these shirts? Sounds like a council issue to me. Also, I think keeping costs down on the shirts will allow for more to be purchased, which gives more exposure, so I do not want to customize.

I was going to suggest we put them up for a communiuty vote (multi-choice poll) since it has been a community project so far. That way, everyone gets to participate.

I'm gonna agree with NightCloak here. It should be a public vote so that everyone who intends to get a shirt can have their say.


But befor that particular vote we need to hold one to see IF we should go along with the shirt idea. I PERSONALLY think that that should be a CM vote though.

Sounds okay, but since I haven't heard anything from the council saying yay or nay on either, I assumed it was fine to go ahead with the idea.

As far as customization goes, let's make it an option; however, it'll make that shirt a lot more expensive. Assuming the council says it's ok, I'll go get prices next day I have off work (probably the next Tuesday/Saturday)

A few unresolved questions, though; are we just going to post all the prospective designs on the poll? How many designs will we actually accept and who decides?

I'd say let's have the council decide whether or not it's a good idea and how many to take, and then let's get things rolling here.
