I should add stats for the portcullis and the and DCs for the secret door and trap.

Done. Added DCs for secret door, pressure plate, secret panel for torch, and portcullis plus lock.

Should I stat out the dwarf also?

Forget about statting the dwarf, just write name, alignment, class, level. You know, such as: Rudy Pebblesmasher (LG dm Fighter 2).

Done. Changed to female.

Any other notes on area 4?

It shouldn't be too long Freak.

Or maybe one of the "RESERVED" ones will become available (it happened with two rooms of CD-1 (Terror & Blasphemy)).

OK guys. In view of the above post (my reply to The Freak), I will only reserve rooms for 3 days. Every reserved room will have beside it the date at which it was reserved. 3 days later, that room will become available again if the reservee ( ?) didn't post his description. This will have two effects:

1- Accelerate the designing process;

2- Encourage participation.

This is not meant to be rude at all. It's just that with CD-1, it happened that a room (s) where reserved for weeks before I decided to make it available again. This actually caused the dungeon to take a while to be complete, and at one point, it came very close to abort the whole designing process.

Slaad are not OGC. It is IP of WotC and not available for publication in any form, fan-site or official. Maybe that Vampire can be substituted to make this project viable?

Playing in someone else's sandbox, requires you to play by their rules. They haven't held a lot back, so it is best to respect what they wish to reserve for their own usage. They're actually 99.9% cool, from my perspective.

Bastion has some good guidelines for their editors that should be useful for anyone planning to publish anything online, fan or otherwise -
