Let's make a second dungeon

I will but I'm at work now and the E-Mail addy is at home. that's why this conversation has been more or less on line. I'll check it and add everything. I was planning to do that. I'll cross reference the two files make sure nothing is missed.

Do you think its better beside the room or in a single list or both.
Do both. That's how I did it for CD1.

Is the time frame of thurs/fri cool with you? I am being pretty generous in that goal and may have it done sooner, just wouldn't want to promise that.
That's perfect.

Do adventure hooks like you did for CD1. You won't find it hard to come up with them, room 8 and room 14 are a few examples where to locate them.

I'll do some hooks. There are a few built in as you pointed out.

If any once wants to add some just throw them on this thread i'll keep checking it.

I just talked with Mark Clover of Creative Mountain Games on the phone (great guy btw), and here's what came out of this conversation:

CDx adventures will be distributed under the banner of CMG. They will still be free. The layout (i've seen the cover) will be much better, the thing looks just like an off-the-shelf gaming accessory. Section 15 of the OGL included in the adventure will attribute copyright of each individual room to the rightful contributor, so that if someone out-there likes what they see, they must legally go by you to use it, and if they want to do business with you, they will have to go directly to you.

The adventure will be hosted on RPGnow. You have to register to download it, but no sensitive information is necessary to register.

wow, this thing really took off didnt it? excellent work Trainz
Thanks, but my merit in this happening isn't that big. I saw in ENworld the potential to do it. The ones that really made this possible are Morrus and Eric, by creating a community that is favorable to such an endeavor.

HEY Trainz off my Back!!!

According to OSHA regulations until I get siderails mounted on my back I can only have one person on it at a time. Since I am married that position is permanently filled.

So bugger off ;)

:p

Later I actually have work to do.

;)

LOL ! I have a SO too. Before calling Mark in the states, I actually phoned her at work and asked her permission to make a long-distance call.

How's THAT for ball and chain ! :p

I'm kidding of course. It's just that she administers our budget (she's a Managerial Chartered Accountant) and I wanted to make sure it was OK.

That still doesn't sound right, does it ?

that is one thing you can deffinately say about enworld, it is a thriving community, they're even nice to new guys like me hehe
