Norpengcent doesn't sound too bad IMO. Definitely an epic tier solo monster.

The Norriscentipenguin: Sentient centipede wielding frozen Pengchucks -- nunchaku that deal automatic Cold damage. (As featured in "The March of the Pengchucks," which some of us may remember.)
With that many arms/legs, this turns out to be way more than dual-wielding. (Sort of like a Marilith.)
