BD, does that mean you're open for submissions now? I can't find a page with information on how that works, and would be interested in knowing.

Ditto. Even if you don't get a page up, can we send you random queries?

Guys, the official submissions guidelines will be published in issue two. However, I may be accepting queries before then. Check the Goodman Games site and forums (Goodman Games) for updates in the next couple of weeks.

Another thing I want to see is more skill challenges. I enjoyed the one in "A Picture is Worth a 1000 Words".

Oh! I can even think of more. This turned into an article; I would love to see these more firmly fleshed out and hammered through. And while we're at it, how about
this?

Basically playing more with encounter design, to come up with something beyond "Here's X number of monsters in a room, and you fight". I love those things, mind you, I just want an occasional combat situation that's more than just 'here's monsters in a room'. It adds a breath of variety to combats.

Skill challenges
-This is an area of great potential as the frame work is there, but everyone is trying to figure out how to use/drive the vehicle ;)

2 page delves (1 page map, 1 page opponents)
-always liked small stuff I can throw into the game

NPC/Villans
-less crunch, more fluff!

Obligatory crunch...
-weapons, spells, magic items, monsters...

I do hope this makes it's way to Canada or we'll have to send Scott* after you! ;)

*I hate that guy, he's a Dick! :)

One thing that I like which I don't see a lot of, are articles for a certain PC build/class that's thematically appropriate. For instance, a few powers (for each tier) and a paragon path for a class that focuses on, say, making/commanding swarms. (Not the actual monster, but powers that simulate it). The necromancy article in Dungeon was a good example. The weapon-focused Paragon paths are a good start.

As a DM, what I want is more fantastic/normal terrain features. Something like "This statue provides a bonus to +1 to defenses when you're adjacent to it".

Additionally, some interesting encounter set pieces. Like "This room is a giant clockwork device. Here's how the rules work." It doesn't have to be an Encounter (with monsters all ready in it), just a room with its cool features.

Ditto on all of these good ideas. I subscribed the other day, btw, and am awaiting my copy!

When are you going to make it available internationally? Ever?

Canadian and overseas retailers can order Level Up through their distributors just as they can currently order all Goodman Games products. Please visit your local game store to place an order! Subscriptions outside the USA may be offered in the future but keep in mind that the shipping charges will be significant. Level Up packs a lot of content for $1.99 - 56 pages, to be exact - and the way international shipping costs work, you'll be much better off buying at a local store. For the time being, your local game shop is the way to go.
