I really only respond to threats of pain and/or bodily harm, and though I have never met you, Aeson, I somehow get the feeling you are probably not physically capable of causing me harm.

A girl drinks most of a bottle of wine at gaming two times and now she's a drunk eh? I wasn't even close to toasted. 3 glasses of wine over like 4 hours just makes me happier than normal I couldn't let it go to waste. That would be alcohol abuse. Be happy I'm not like Jon and drink at every other gaming session

I dread it when my mom has more than two drinks in public, as she tends to make a spectacle of herself. One time we went to Macayos and she had about 3-4 margaritas. When the mariachi band came our way, my mom was dancing in her seat. By the time we left, she was still drunk and my dad and I had to drag her to the car.

Heh- in college, I had a pretty high tolerance...then I discovered that alcoholism ran rampant in the family. Then I realized that no matter how much I drank, I never got sick and never had hangovers...

That scared me, so I cut back drastically.

Now that I'm older, I'm on blood-pressure meds & I'm officially a cheap drunk...sort of.

While my mental faculties are no different after 1 or 2 drinks than they would be without my meds, my reflexes and body control are not- there's this multiplicative effect. If I drink within a couple of hours of taking my meds, 1 drink is approximately equivalent to 3 or 4 as far as walking around goes...

Its kind of like driving a car with really really loose steering and bad brakes. You know exactly what you want to do...but you may not be able to do it.
