Lothirlondonis will cast divine favor defensively and then hover. I can't recall if he can move in the same action that he starts hovering. If so, please move him up 5ft.

Halting forward movement to begin hovering is a move action, so Lothirlondonis will stay put.
Round 631
Lothirlondonis is now lucky as well as nimble.
Stormongo tries slamming even harder, but only connects once (rolled 45-12+1=34, 39-12+1=28) for 33-5=28 + 6 electrical damage. Stormongo also shocks Lothir' slightly (31 Fort save) for 17 nonlethal damage. Lothir' has 90 HP remaining and has taken 45 nonlethal damage.
The dragon reappears at 30N90E80Z, and starts hovering.
Round 631

Blast Mongo with a cone of biting cold (heightened by +4). If he dies, then hover upwards to 80Z. If he does not die, hover up to 15Z (provoking an AoO, or not). Can he combine tumbling with the hover?

Tumbling is at half movement, unless you want a penalty, so tumbling combined with hover would be one quarter movement.
Round 632
Stormongo does not dodge (24 Fort save) the heightened breath, taking 41 points of cold damage. Stormongo is finally dead. Lothir' is indeed lucky, as well as smart. He can breathe again in round 640.
The dragon breathes force at Lothir', who does not dodge (rolled 24+2=26 Ref save), taking 68 points of force damage. Lothir' is knocked unconscious, and is dying after he hits the ground.
The dragon is unharmed and hovers to 30N70E80Z.

It has 15 ranks of Concentration; 18 ranks in Intimidate and Use Magic Device; 20 ranks in Search; and 22 ranks in the following skills: Listen; Knowledge (dungeoneering, geography, nature, religion); and Spot.
It has the feats Blind-fight, Heighten Breath, Improved Initiative, Improved Rapidstrike, Lightning Reflexes, Rapid Strike, Recover Breath, and Snatch.

He will roar upward- "Come down and play! "

What natural weapons are rapidstriked, claws or wings? Anyway, Illuminatus takes to the air, flying in a circle to 60N60E20Z, heading east, and readies to breathe more force on Oldie.
