Question on Snatch. Does it mean that it plain does not allow you to hold if the target is not 3 size categories smaller? Or, does it mean that you just don't squeeze for automatic damage? Although I don't really want to 'snatch' Oldie, Illuminatus does want to attempt to grapple him without provoking an AoO, possibly having them both drop to the floor of the arena.

We let a colossal roc snatch a gargantuan creature and throw it out of the arena, so the precedent that was set was to allow the hold without the squeezing.

The snatch ability says it is as though the creature had the improved grab special attack, so I would surmise that the snatched creature would have to be at least one size category smaller to be snatched (but not squeezed), which Oldie is not.

That is true, I didn't realize the combatants are the same size.
