Suicide Kobold Warriors are the standing guard of tribes of kobold that live above ground, in the dense forests of Bretonia. Normal Kobold tribes do exist, however most adventurers do not fear those creatures that are such a trivial challenge. However, the fiercer Suicide Kobolds are known for thier incredible persistance and fearsome fighting style. The reason for thier name, is based on the food they eat. They eat a food called Suicide Fruit commonly, otherwise known as Burn Tart (flagrare acerbus) to alchemists, this substance when eaten mixes with stomach gases and forms a non-leathal gas. This gas, when exposed to high pressure, or flames, combusts. If a creatures diet consists primarily of Burn Tart, the creatures blood becomes dependant on this gas, and bleeding wounds can light on fire uncontrolably. The second such a creature catches of fire, it explodes violently.

Combustion When struck for at least 1 point of piercing, slashing, or fire damage, the creature explodes for 1d6 fire damage per hit die. The explosion has a radius of 5 feet per hit die. For example, a Kobold Suicide Warrior combusts for 1d6 damage to all creatures within a 5 foot step of it. Creatures with combustion cannot resist the self-destruction unless they can make a fortitude saving throw (DC 10 + Total Hit Dice).
