Lifetime Silver and Settings

Does Lifetime Silver allow you to select a silver coloured username? I know that's vain, but I quite liked the old silver username. I have had a look through the settings, but couldn't see anything.

I also seem to remember that I could remove the right hand sidebar, which was useful when writing longer posts. I haven't noticed it until now because I usually leave it there so I can see whats happening around the rest of the boards. The columns in particular are good reading. But is it still an option?
