Light Ballista

Trollhaunt Warrens contains stats for a light ballista. If a PC attempts to use the weapon, the attack roll is 1/2 the PC's level+Intelligence. The stat block also states that the PC can also add the Ballista's Proficiency Bonus if the PC is proficient with the weapon.

I've read and re-read the stat block, and I don't see what the Ballista's proficiency bonus is. Am I missing something? Has anybody reversed engineered the bonus? Does anybody have a reasonable guess?

In 4e all proficiency bonuses are +2 unless they’re not. Generally only swords get +3.
