Okay so Light Blade Mastery is almost 2 feats in one, if you are a higher level rogue and can get CA all the time.
Its like Weapn Expertise and Weapon Focus.
So I see you cant take LBM and MAT as they are both feat bonuses.
But LBM stacks with Weapon Focus doesnt it, as the damage component is untyped and relates to CA
But Master at Arms doesnt fit in here and you cant use it, so is it more used by rangers or characters who swap weapons a lot.
