I'd probably go with Spellthief rather than Rogue, both to put the Charisma to work and to have some arcane options (I might actually consider Beguiler/Swashbuckler, too - focusing more on Int) - but uncanny dodge and evasion are tempting.

Yeah, I looked at Beguiler, a nice long look, but decided I loved Sneak Attack.
I hate spellthief. I really dislike the class, and so, I never consider it for anything.
Because of the excellent amount of feats, I am already ready to slip into Scarlet Corsair next level and then Dread Pirate as soon as I get my ship. =)
The DM asked me "Why Changeling?" Well Psion...from post #8, "I feel like a powergamer, but all I want is a good looking race that makes sense. lol."
Changeling can make anything look good. =)
