By any chance were you there at the Bristol wisconson one?

The group i went up there with saw a guy being drove out of there on a motorized cart. the guy had a horrible red mark on his forhead, was not moving and the retired emergency worker we had gone to the ren fair with said he had a 'bad colour" to his skin.
