Lightning Shot and Two Weapon

How do these combine? Say I have a +5 BAB (to avoid iterative attack confusion). Two weapon best attack is +3/+3 (one is light, appropriate feats, yadda yadda). With lightning shot, it gives an extra attack, but all are at -2. So is that +1/+1 (right hand) and +1 (left hand), or +1/+1/+1/+1 (two shots with each hand)? Or would two shots with each hand take me down to -1/-1/-1/-1 ?

Add iterative attacks, oy.

One extra attack, all attacks at an additional -2, so the +1/+1/+1 is correct in your example.
