(1) Can anybody refresh my memory on the site that's been posted in the news section regarding the "secondary market" value of the Harbinger minis? I've searched on every key term I can think of, and can't seem to turn it up.

(2) Can anybody recommend a good site for casual trading of minis? By "casual," I mean people willing to trade R for R, or R for 3 Us, and so on, without haggling too much.
