This is a setting I've seen that appears to have everything regarding rules, except for lifestyle expenses for some reason. It uses a modified 5e ruleset and is based on some comic book I've never heard of.

It's called Liberty: AFTER Core Rules:
Has anyone here heard of the comic series it's based on?

Many of those haven't been published yet, they are still in development. That makes them not valid for the list.

You are right, but the time goes fastly. When you notices we are years later.

Do you know? There are too many settings, too much, and lots of them become forgotten after the crowdfunding. Some publishers have got really good ideas, but they need a better distributor, like with the videogame studios. It is a pity, because those settings could be very valious as brand in a future, but when there are too many, it is harder to remember wich were.

I was looking to add some stuff to this list, and I was wondering about the status of Masque of the Red Death/Gothic Earth. Does it count as a third-party campaign setting or a DM's Guild Exclusive? Or does it fall under Ravenloft in light of Van Richten's Guide and not merit a separate entry?

(Also, I have to say that the formatting of the page makes community editing rather intimidating.)
