I live in CT but I've never actually attended a Convention before.

1) How much to get in?
2) Do I have to preregister for events?
3) I've always wanted to play COC but most of the sessions are filled up, will there be other unlisted games?

Head on over to their Prereg page, and click on the pdf Pre-Reg Form to see details. You can either pre-reg or register at the door. At this point, pre-reg is $25 for the whole weekend (they probably have a per-day rate too, I dunno.) Events are generally $3 each. If you pre-register, you tell them what events you want to play (listing the event number at the bottom of the pre-reg form), and they'll fit you into every one they can; if these events fill up, they'll refund that money when you show up and you can get into another game on-site. You don't have to pre-register - but I generally recommend it, because it gives you a much better chance to get in to the games you want to play.

Playing a RPGA game is no different than any other game. If you aren't a member, you can sign up for free on-site.

Darklance, all I know about the schedule is what's on the site. I'm probably running two slots of CoC, though, and it'd be fun to meet you. Same with the rest of you folks, including Mr. Lurker! Hey Storminator, am I supposed to walk up to some woman and say, "Hi, Mrs. Storminator?" I.. err.. feel a little funny about that. :D

Arggghhhh! ConnCon would have to be on a weekend that we're holding a Lione event (Larping in CT). Enjoy Pkitty, but
I know where you live, if you can go to Stamford for a weekend no reason you can't make one of our live games... muhahahahaha... check out our schedule here.

I'll be there. I had no idea anyone else on these boards went there (but now that I think about it...duh, the odds are pretty good).

Since I live in Stamford (for the moment) these things are a hop away.

I'll be there most likely too. Of course, I think most of the time I'll be there will be promoting my own ConnectiCon in July.

Where's this con in Connecticut?

I can't go, but I'll let my brother know. He lives less than an hour from Stamford.

Of course, if I'm lucky enough to get a job interview out there around that weekend... fat chance, unfortunately. :(
