Head on over to their Prereg page, and click on the
pdf Pre-Reg Form to see details. You can either pre-reg or register at the door. At this point, pre-reg is $25 for the whole weekend (they probably have a per-day rate too, I dunno.) Events are generally $3 each. If you pre-register, you tell them what events you want to play (listing the event number at the bottom of the pre-reg form), and they'll fit you into every one they can; if these events fill up, they'll refund that money when you show up and you can get into another game on-site. You don't have to pre-register - but I generally recommend it, because it gives you a much better chance to get in to the games you want to play.
Playing a RPGA game is no different than any other game. If you aren't a member, you can sign up for free on-site.
Darklance, all I know about the schedule is what's on the site. I'm probably running two slots of CoC, though, and it'd be fun to meet you. Same with the rest of you folks, including Mr. Lurker! Hey Storminator, am I supposed to walk up to some woman and say, "Hi, Mrs. Storminator?" I.. err.. feel a little funny about that.
