Living 4th Edition Discussion Thread

Is someone else already working on an adventure for the monstrous pirate crew, or no? If not, I may be willing to let my ideas continue to germinate and see what fruit is born from them shortly. I just don't wanna go through all of the effort if somebody else is gonna be taking care of that motley crew waiting in the Inn sooner.

We've recieved no official adventure submissions outside of Halford's slavers of fey adventure. I can't recall seeing anyone saying they were definitely working on a monster pirate adventure, just one or two, "Maybe I'll make a monster pirate adventure."

Well then, I'm probably in the camp of "I'm working on making a monster pirate adventure" and as soon as I can get the needed details together I would be able to submit it to...whom?

That'd be great! The other Living games all have both full judges and character reviewers, and it seems to work well for them. And right now at this point in the project, character reviews are the bulk of the work anyway. :)
No problem.

So how do I exactly get an overview of which characters are waiting for review? I figured it would be going through the Requesting Approval list, but some of those are obviously under construction.

Good question. We'll need to set it up so that incoming approval requests get forwarded to you too. In the meantime, comparing my inbox with the approved character category, I get that the following characters need at least one more approval still:
  • Mri'Thas
  • Palindrome
  • Rurdev
  • Ts'iri
  • Woe Chinua
  • Tander Oaksmith
  • Brudd Brassback

Obviously you don't get to approve your own character. :) It's possible that I missed one or two, but that's at least a good starting place for investigation.

Now, having said that, I can see that Woe Chinua has two approvals, but somehow isn't showing up in the approved category. Ah, I see; there's an extra "Category" confusing things. I'll fix it.

renau1g: Just add [[Category:L4W:Requesting Approval]] to the bottom of your character sheet. When a judge changes that to [[Category:L4W:Approved_Characters]] they will remove the Requesting Approval category.
