Well, according to one North American religion, a carpenter from the roman empire showed up in the Americas for a time after untimely reports of his death. So I guess they gave us Mormons.
I have no problem with it.
I mean, if you look at the New Testament and that this "Carpenter" actually was killed and died, and then resurrected after 3 days in the grave....and then ascended up to heaven and was actually THE GOD, the one and only, almighty, Omniscient being...
Are we really going to say what he can and cannot do?
Him coming to the Americas after doing all that is probably small change compared to everything else in the Bible.
If you don't believe, well...it's a free world. If you do believe, I respect your faith in the matter.
Either way, if you believe in mighty power and omnipotent beings who are also omniscient...you already have a massive belief in something strongly miraculous and powerful. If you don't...adding one more thing of miraculous power shouldn't bother you as you don't believe in any of it anyways.
I think people fighting over which religion is the bestest is not so brilliant (In my own little opinion) anyways. That has always led to far too much blood and war. Better to respect what others believe and keep your own to yourself than to continue the continuous round of war and bloodshed.
