Lizardmen

I'm looking for a playable lizardman class. I know that Role Aids published a guidebook, but I can't seem to find a decent copy. Does anyone know where I can get one or an alternative. OGL products would be awesome.

For AD&D, there's the Complete Book of Humanoids, which has Lizardmen as one of the available character races.

With Savage Species you could play lizard-man as a class easily. Given how little love the book gets, I'd be surprised if you couldn't pick up a cheap hard copy on eBay. The PDF is also available from dndclassics.com.
