The wasp comes back down to a 55 foot elevation. The lumi casts glitterdust. The wasp flies back up to 115 feet.

I wait, and hope that five rounds elapse between being damaged by the wasp. Three rounds of glitterdust twice should have taken care of that, forcing a draw.
