D&D 5E Localizations: Errors in the translation of Van Richten's Guide to Ravenloft

A translation of Van Richten's Guide to Ravenloft was recently released in Italy. With some disappointment, the Italian community noticed serious translation errors involving technical terms but, most importantly, monster statistics, making their use very complicated and certainly not in accordance with the English original.

So I ask players where the manual has been published in their own language: are there such errors in the localization done in your country as well?
