location for 17+ level cleric of Tempus

IIRC, a major temple of Tempus is located in the ruins of Dragonspear Castle (which is half way between Waterdeep and Cormyr). The clerics hold off the demons pouring through a gate in the dungeons of the castle.

The Uthgard barbarians in the north of Faerûn mostly revere Tempus, perhaps there are some temples in that region. Tempus' avatar was among the barbarians during the Time of Troubles.

The Abbey of the Sword has been detailed most recently in Faiths & Pantheons. If you are looking for a quest to accompany the granting of the true resurrection, I might suggest having the PCs follow the Trail of Tears (http://www.wizards.com/dnd/article.asp?x=fr/pg20011226x), which passes through the Abbey of the Sword.

Wow, Eric Boyd... thanks for your suggestionl I read those articles a while ago but had forgotten them. I've been a fan of your FR work for a long time

I've decided to stay with my original idea of hunting down the glabrezu that killed Eldan. I actually decided on that before I saw that hook was described in Faiths and Pantheons. The info in F&P has been invaluable, I'm really looking forward to introducing the party to the Abbey and jumping off from there. I did see that Gorym's levels weren't high enough for True Res. My solution was that Eldan, before he died, received a vision from Tempus instructing him to create two scrolls of TR. One for those to come later, and one for himself.

This is my first attempt at a non-prewritten adventure, we've been playing the adventure path up to this point, with one short side adventure from Dungeon (Jackal's Redemption) added in. We just completed Nightfang Spire.
