Can a characther reach to level 100 or higher? (depending on the class.)
Was the first question meant to be exactly what you ask in the second????

In any case, it's totally possible to have a character of 100th level or more if you go the Epic Rulebook road. I mean, there are spells requiring to have 300 ranks or so in some skill; I guess you have to be past the 100th level to have 300 ranks in a skill. Not that it makes sense to me though...

Really?! Wow! I didn't know that!
The Epic Level Handbook (if that's the right name for it, I don't remember), was released during 3.0, so it's not a 3.5 book, despite it's not difficult to adapt it to 3.5 I guess. Getting levels past the 20th uses different mechanics (which are summarized in the SRD), so you don't accumulate monstrous hit-points, saves, or BAB (although I don't remember exactly at this time). Spells beyond 9th level don't have a level (10, 11, etc.) but are called epic spells, requiring absurd ranks in some skills. They are considered clunky rules by nearly everyone though. The monsters in the epic level handbook are another absurdity. For example, there is a creature that feeds on balors as its daily diet...

Ethical: Is it right or wrong in a moral sense. Either "is it right or wrong for my character to do this?" or "is it right or wrong for me, the player/DM, to do this?"

Judgemental: Is it a good idea or bad idea (in many senses -- could be prudential "Will my character survive longer if he avoids doing this?", could be "Does this rule interpretation make the game fun?", could be "does this rule interpretation make sense in the game world?", and other senses)
