Loki's dogma: I need pranks and trickery

The accounts of Loki depict him getting the gods into trouble with his pranks..;.

False premise - that there is a single set of stories that are "the accounts" of Norse mythology.

Norse myth is fragmentary, at best, and there are many sources, and they are often contradictory. The stories change over time. In older versions, Odin isn't the All-Father, or even much of a war god. Newer versions have him in those roles.

Similarly for Loki. In general, in older versions of the tales Loki has more to do with mischeif than malice. Later versions have him more malicious from the get-go.

Ok, then, how's this?

"The accounts of Loki I'm using as a basis for the representation of Loki in my campaign ..."

The Loki who is god of mischief IMC is the aspect of the god who'd rather his followers pull a prank to humble an arrogant person than simply kill him, maim him, steal his stuff, or toilet-paper his front yard. This Loki wants his followers to strive to set up situations where that guy will hopefully say to himself, "Wow, I've been an arrogant jerk."
